Are you an experienced Test Lead?

Do you have experience of testing in a data-driven environment within Financial Services ?

Would you like to work for a fast growing business that specialises in Data Management & Analytics ?

My client has a number of offices across the UK so you can be based in Scotland, North England, Midlands or London area.

You will spend majority your time working from home and on client sites when needed.

Your experience should include:
· Extensive experience in testing, with at least 3 in a test lead or test manager capacity.
· Experience of developing and implementing Functional and Non-Functional test plans.
· Excellent working knowledge of one or more test management tools (licensed or open source).
· Experienced in managing and leading User Acceptance Test delivery from planning, through test execution till test completion, alongside progress reporting to project stakeholders.
· Strong stakeholder management experience
· Highly technical with a background in delivering testing and/or quality assurance on large complex programmes.
· Experience of testing BI/Data Warehouse/Analytics/ETL/Data Migration projects.
· Experience of successfully estimating, planning, and delivering test projects.
· Proven client facing delivery with ability to form strong client relationships.

Ideally you will also have:
· ISEB/ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing.
· Practical experience of working in Agile environments, including Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) or Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
· Full lifecycle testing experience – from Unit testing through to Acceptance Testing.
· Project lifecycle experience in the delivery of end-to-end projects, as well as a familiarity with different development methodologies and disciplines (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
· Good SQL skills.
· Experience in Life and Pensions vertical (a nice to have).
