Change Digital recruitment are working with one of the UK’s most recognised consumer brands on a major campaign to further enhance and improve the customer experience within their financial services business. This business provides a range of consumer-focused financial services products ranging from loans and credit cards through to household and motor insurance.
Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting the position of Digital Performance Manager
Based in Edinburgh, Scotland this role is responsible driving the performance of the Digital estate through increased sales and conversion. The focus is on ensuring that digital channels are performing and constantly strive to continually improve performance.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
· Work closely with the various Digital team, such as the Product Teams, Adoption and Optimisation to drive changes to the digital experiences to improve performance
· Establish a more data and performance-based culture where customer data is driving what we do. This role highlight the gaps in performance to drive the right remediation and focus across the teams
· Lead the collation of benefits tracking across the Digital portfolio, establishing greater financial rigour and control over business cases and benefits realised
· Communicate the performance across a wider group to highlight the improvements made through Digital delivery and signpost the upcoming changes to address dips in performance
· Establish regular reporting dashboards for the Digital Leadership team to monitor performance and drive a more performance oriented discussion within the business where we look at options to address dips in performance or improve it further

Experience and skills required for the role:
· Strong Operational background with a focus on numbers and performance
· Being customer focused and constantly looking for ways to help our customers
· Data driven: always customer and data led using real data to answer uncertainly and test hypothesis
· Understanding, appreciation and passion for digital and technologies
· Continuous improvement mindset – always looking for opportunities for marginal gains to help colleagues and customers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong influencing and negotiation skills
